I think it's hard to say how similar/dissimilar he is to Russell as of yet. All we know thus far is that he's a better Survivor player than Russell, which is no real accomplishment.
The stars are definitely aligning for Rob. Even though it's the name of the episode, I still had to laugh when he said, "Don't you work for me?"
