I admit it's only day one but...

Taking my foot long and splitting it in half and only having the sun chips for lunch and a brownie for dinner... My only non-water drink for the day was the 32oz sweet tea.

1399 calories
142 carbs
54 fat
63 protein.

I'm a hint low on calories and carbs, but I'll take it.
