I watched most of Season 1 but haven't wtatched 2. Season 1 had a lot of age gamesmanship.

There was a kid in his teens or early 20s who was very cocky to start, even shooting a smiley face on a target if I remember correctly. The older guys got annoyed and did something with his clothes in the house that stressed him out. But he stayed in the contest longer than most.
Another guy was a former SWAT guy who thought he was Mr. Fantastic but proved that he was out of the game too long and couldn't adapt to current techniques.
Generally though on the range they were pretty low key and supportive of each other.
