All four were individual challenges although she had help from a little girl in the elimination challenge. One of the three quickfires was the ingredients tasting challenge rather than a cooking challenge, but those wins impress me more rather than less.

I am right there with you on Richard and Stephanie being a cut above. I would very much like to see how Stephanie stacks up against the Voltaggio Brothers, which I think will happen in a few seasons.
I never saw Dale as being as good as Antonia, much less better. His rage negatively impacted him a lot that season. He grew up a lot between then and All Stars, which is commendable. He did have a hot streak prior to his elimination in season 4, but it was in episodes 4-7. He narrowly avoided elimination in episode 9 before going out in 11.
Antonia was a legitimate contender to win from episode 8-12 save for 10. This means she was out-cooking Dale during that time frame when the herd had been thinned and the dishes were individual.
