I have to tell you this, how about this for meanness;

I was in a gas station and it came to 60.02 pounds for the fuel, because I ran over, anyway, I hand over 60, look at your one she goes only 2 pence to go...I look in one pocket and find a penny...she goes just one more, i find a pound coin in the other pocket, she gives me 99 pence back, and I just put it all in the charity box in front of her. English.
