generally, the kind of speech that would get someone's ass kicked is deliberately meant to anger and provoke that specific person. not necessarily into beating the fuck out of you, but provoke you specifically and directly.

there is no way to dress to specifically provoke a gang rape by 19 people. it's physically impossible to do.
