she said ticketing at the airport was total chaos. a family of four in front of her payed $30,000 to get tickets to london.

nobody knew if scheduled flights would be leaving from day to day, none of the airlines would commit to anything, and if your flight was cancelled they just said "sorry, you're kind of screwed."

and she's never going anywhere she can't recognize the alphabet again.
