I dunno. I relate it to every instance of these disasters and how Canadians always appear ot grumble if the gov't isn't moving fast enough....

...To get them out. There's just an instant expectation. (Think Japan, Egypt, Lebenon, etc.)

And honestly, I think it would be the upper middle class raging the most about how little support they have received from their gov't.

That said, I never knew that about Japanese society and their economic classes. Never would have guessed that myself.
