serious question - when you agree to rent to these people are these expectations expressed? if they are, then fine. if i'm just some 20 year old

renting a room, and then finding out that i'm supposed to be acting in a certain way, then, i'd be a little blind-sided that my roommate cared about that stuff.
re: the dog, i wouldn't trust my pet with someone like that either, so, that would be the end of asking him to walk him.
