Second, I'd rather help somebody who doesn't have wealthy parents paying for their education. I had to do it on my own and I got help from people when I needed it. I try to help people that were in my situation when I was their age.

Third, here are some examples of rent discounts in the past: I buy all the groceries for the household, they do all the cooking. $100/month off for doing the yardwork. Get a 4.0 pay half rent the next month. Take good care of Bobby when i go out of town $25/day. Do manual labor, fix a gate, repair something, $20/hour.
