I thought the bjj stood for brazilian ju-jitsu lessons. I don't know anything (or care) about your sex life.

Methinks thou doth protest too much.
Rent to the people you want to rent to.
Don't recommend people for internships that you don't want to recommend.
This guy can't be trusted with your dog, obvie.
Realize some people a lot younger than you are simply immature. If you can live with that, fine. If not, find a new roommmate.
