Earphones are Koss PortaPro. Don't think I ever heard something like this through them, except now , when connected to the laptop.

It's odd that this particular station came into the laptop... It's broadcast worldwide, but can't be picked up on the FM-band.
Volume on the laptop is at 100%, and still the signal is low, but not so low that I can't hear most or all of what they are saying.
Laptop is Acer Aspire 7736ZG. Operating system is Windows. Anything I can do to improve the shielding.. ?
