STOP LOOKING AT HOUSES ON THE MARKET.

found one, its been on the market for almost 2 years, they want to sell it as is, probably needs more work then the photos show, but it has 2 acres, and butts up against city land.

i could even, probably, get a rock pad put onto it for my parents to use (not sure about hookups for their rv though).

ugg. stop it.
