we confirmed, and reconfirmed, gave them the names, ages, phone #s, and email addresses of the attendees, promised to be there by noon, required to wear black pants and black shoes, etc, etc, etc. We did all that, they arrived 30 min early (Orange County to Burbank), they were dressed appropriately, had all their i.d. and passes, but were told that there was no more room in the studio. WTF!
