on their website you can email them to request a sample and will get a nice email back saying you need to send a letter - which I did - telling them that I had not tried their product recently and would be interested in checking them out. I got a very nice envelope today with 4 different lip balms and 2 lotions for the skin from them. No note or coupons or anything - just an envelope of products to try!

It was worth the postage to send them a letter for samples! (mycarmex.com)
